HIIT workouts, cardio & resistance training designed to burn fat, improve endurance and increase energy. In this class we use dumbbells for resistance to target specific muscle groups that will keep your heart rate up through each exercise. Get ready for a full body burn!
BOOT CAMP

This is a 45 minute RIDE! You'll ride, pump, sit and stand with those around you, experiencing different riding positions as you move to the music. Rhythm is about energy and how a group can move as one: I’m here to push your mind, body and soul and to leave you walking back out of the doors feeling alive.
